“We want sports fans to channel the same energy they bring to cheering for their favorite schools into improving their financial health,” said Steve Hartmann, Head of Integrated Marketing at Experian. “Through this sponsorship, we’re tapping into the excitement of college basketball to raise awareness about how we help people make smarter financial decisions and build stronger futures. Experian is proud to be their BFF – Big Financial Friend – offering a variety of trusted tools and resources beyond credit information to help them navigate their financial journey with confidence.”
The new matchup marks USC’s debut at the Intuit Dome and creates a rare occasion where both of Los Angeles' major programs will be featured in the same event, though not facing one another. Fans will experience a unique night of basketball with two premier matchups highlighting both local and national programs.
Adding to the significance of the evening, the Experian Hall of Fame Series Los Angeles will include a special pregame recognition for Bill Walton, with additional tributes throughout the event honoring his profound impact on college basketball and his ties to both UCLA and Arizona.
